evidence-based, holistic mental health
the priviledge to become who you are truly meant to be
When traditional talk therapy reaches its limits
deeper healing begins
mind, body, and spirit
Start today—you are worth it
Hello There,
When traditional talk therapy reaches its limits, new possibilities begin. Psychodynamic work leads to insight, CBT reshapes old narratives, Gestalt reveals what’s inauthentic, and Mindfulness reconnects you to your body—but sometimes, even with all that awareness, you still feel stuck.
When you know what needs to change but can’t seem to make it happen—when the same patterns repeat despite your best efforts—this is where I bring together the alchemy of mind, body, and spirit. Through Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), we can reorganize the impact of past experiences and open space for lasting transformation.
Imagine feeling grounded, at peace, and fully yourself. Imagine your body as an ally, your mind as a partner, and your spirit as a guide.
With decades of clinical experience, I use only evidence-based modalities to help individuals, couples, and families show up, do the work, and rediscover their authentic selves.
